Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’re here to help. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately via the contact form so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We request that you prepare a clear description and photos or videos of the issue to send through following us getting back to you. We may be able to solve the issue without a return or replacement via replacement parts or otherwise.

Returns

  • We only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Returns for change of mind or preference are not accepted.
  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted if your item is defective or damaged.
  • Depending on stock availability, we will replace your item with the same product.

Refunds

  • If a replacement is not available, we will issue you a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Process

  1. Contact us via the contact form with your order number and details of the defect. To streamline the process, please be ready with pictures or videos to demonstrate the defect.
  2. We will analyse the problem and work out if there may be an alternative solution that you may accept before initiating a return, replacement, or refund. (e.g. replacing only the defective part/s).
  3. If a return and/or replacement is necessary, we will provide instructions for returning the item and /or keep you updated with the progress of the replacement. Items must be returned in their original packaging (where possible).
  4. Replacements will be dispatched within 5 business days from receipt of the returned item or 5 days from the date that a replacement without a return is approved.

Shipping Costs

  • Return and/or replacement shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us.
